Hello, my name is Avijit Das, which means "invincible devotee ". I help people with leadership & service to reach a better , happier place they care for and dream about.
I’m Avijit, also known as Avi, the R&D Director for Greater China, North Asia & ASEAN region at Reckitt and the Site Director for Reckitt India. With 25+ years in multinational FMCGs, I have spearheaded strategic innovations, aligning science with consumer needs. My tenure includes roles at GSK, Unilever, and SC Johnson.
Passionate about mentorship & coaching, I have coached & mentored over 150 individuals, fostering their unique skills and promoting self-reliance. As an ICF-accredited Professional coach (PCC) with certifications from Coach Transformation Academy, I thrive on making a positive impact.
Alongside my wife Alpa, we’re the proud parents of our daughter Ahana, who is currently in middle school.
What to expect during our interactions?
All discussions are 100% confidential. I start each interaction with an informal chat, where we discuss the goals, perspective and other aspects that are important to you.
I will introduce my coaching approach and timeline, followed by my A5 method: Aspire, Assess, Aim, Arrange, Act. If aspirations need clarity, I’ll employ tools to refine them. The entire process remains informal with you deciding the pace at which we should move forward.
The meetings are mostly online. I am also happy to meet face to face if it is logistically feasible.
The A5 method - What is it?
The A5 method is a structured coaching approach designed to facilitate personal and professional development. Here’s a brief overview of each step:
Aspire: This initial phase is about identifying your aspirations and what you truly desire to achieve. It’s a vision-setting stage that defines the direction of the coaching journey.
Assess: In this step, we evaluate your current situation, skills, and resources. It’s about understanding where you are now in relation to your aspirations.
Aim: Setting clear, achievable goals is the focus here. We’ll establish specific objectives that align with your aspirations.
Arrange: This is the planning phase, where we develop strategies and action plans to reach your goals. We’ll arrange the necessary steps and resources needed for your journey.
Act: Finally, you’ll take action towards your goals, implementing the plans we’ve arranged. This phase is about making progress and adjusting as needed.
Throughout the process, I provide support and guidance, ensuring that the coaching remains flexible and tailored to your pace. The A5 method is designed to be adaptable, allowing for adjustments and refinements to aspirations and goals as we progress.
