My Purpose & Profession

⭐ I am a senior entrepreneurial Research & Development (R&D) Executive with 25+ years’ of experience in leading and transforming large global R&D teams in the FMCG/ CPG /Health sectors. My product development experience spans across geographies and I have lived & worked in the UK & India and I have delivered transformative and consumer-loved innovation internationally.

⭐ My purpose has been to create meaningful impact by helping people and organizations reach a better, happier place they care about and dream of, through transformative leadership and service. I motivate and inspire people to define aspirational goals, challenge limitations and status quo and take well defined and timely actions to achieve their dreams.

⭐ I am an ICF-accredited coach (PCC) with over 500 hours of coaching experience. I am adept at using coaching to elevate team performance and foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and accountability.

⭐ I am very committed to innovation through application of science. I am focused on embedding a ‘consumer-first’ mindset within R&D and I am an ardent advocate of open innovation where extensive collaboration between broad ranges of partners across different industries is possible. I have more than 30 patents in my name.
